7Related Parties The Company uses Gendreau Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm (“Gendreau”), for drug development, clinical trial design, implementation and execution of contracted activities with the clinical research organization. Gendreau’s managing member became the Company’s Chief Medical Officer (“CMO”) effective January 1, 2021. The Company has and will continue to contract the services of the CMO’s spouse through the firm to perform certain activities in connection with the Company’s ongoing clinical trial in FM. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021, the Company paid Gendreau $94,907 and $283,844, respectively, and $91,335 and $233,616, respectively, and had accounts payable of $27,052 and $24,840 to Gendreau as of September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, respectively. |
